A site evaluation is an analysis to determine whether a purchase or lease makes sense. This can be a vacant lot, land for development, a suite within a building, an existing house, or even which apartment building (and apartment) offers more supportive energy. Typically, the process unfolds over a few days but it depends upon the scope of the project and size of the team involved. The project owner will know the terms and deliverables before we proceed.
Some call this a thumbs-up or thumbs-down consult, which differs from our other consults. High-level risk factors, as well as opportunities, are presented to the project owner so he/she makes an informed decision before presenting an offer or signing a contract.
