Changing the world one business,
one home, one person at a time
I am honored to be working with HUB Community Development Corporation and have been invited back for another Wealth Wednesday presentation. The event is FREE and there's lots of information shared from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. EDT. It's a wonderful networking opportunity for businesses and snacks are provided. I'll be discussing Feng Shui for business. For more information about the event or to register, visit this link. Bring lots of business cards to exchange with entrepreneurial attendees.
A drawing will be held where one lucky winner will receive a customized, on-the-spot Feng Shui experience. Must be present to win.
A little background on HUB and I working together:
Kay Wilson, Executive Director of LeaderSpark, originally brought me in to meet with Asad Shabazz, Founder/President of HUB CDC. The building was about to undergo some upgrades, and Kay knew how influential Feng Shui could be; so we met in February to discuss whether this collaboration was a good fit. To my delight, we share many of the same philosophies and one in particular ... people helping people.
In their mission statement, this really drew me in, "holistically nurtures communities to improve its overall quality of life, with the ultimate intent to establish centralized workforce and economic development centers for under-served populations."
They provide empowering services to help people reinvent themselves, so their efforts (and Feng Shui) have a ripple effect. This is how we can transform communities, which transforms environments (Feng Shui).
The Feng Shui journey is underway so stop by for an experience. The building was originally a segregated movie theater, then a nightclub, and now an office building. Incubator offices are filling fast, and I'll personally work with those who occupy the space (included in rental benefits). This group of people are truly inspirational and warm my heart.
May you be exceedingly, generously, and joyfully blessed,
Diana Garber, Feng Shui Master
Feng Shui for our canine, feline, equestrian and other furred friends? Yes, indeed! After all they’re affected by environments too. Bovine friends as well? Certainly! I’ll share insights that range from health to behavioral improvements (immune, infection, pain, stress, fear, confidence, sleep, coat/skin, respiratory issues, digestion, cardiac & endocrine health, urinary & bladder issues, muscles/bones, dental health, alertness, cancer, bleeding, odors, and much more). You’ll obtain tips that will help you as pet owners too!
I’ll also share examples where Feng Shui was done specifically for stalls and stables; and how animals improved after Feng Shui was done on their owners’ homes. One of the most avid horse guys in the country said we needed to write about this … that owners are always looking for an edge, especially when their horses show or compete.
Deb Burgy, of Angel Hands Pet Massage, is co-presenting. She personally saw a shift in one of the stables I worked on. Deb provides services for small to big animals. While she admits to massage, I also know her as an animal communicator. We’ll discuss essential oils for animals – how to use them for health & wellness.
Does this sound like a fun workshop? You may bring your dog or cat so long as they aren’t aggressive, are potty trained, and get along well with other animals! There are two catches: 1) The event is free, but reservations are required. 2) A minimum of 8 people are required to hold the workshop.
It's all about you! Find new ways to treat your animals with love and kindness! Don't delay -- reserve your seat today! Visit this link for complete details.
2016 is energetically a “two” year. That means it has a strong influence on head females (Moms, Grandmothers, and we as baby boomers), OB/GYN, digestion, spleen, and female body parts. Hmmm...Zika virus come to mind?
How does it impact us? When we're balanced, 2016 can bring about love, loyalty, positive implications for motherhood, teamwork, and health. When we're not balanced, adverse effects can seek us out.
How can you maximize opportunities and minimize risks? From Wall Street (global), to Main Street (U.S.), to your kitchen table (your home, your family, and you) … join us for an informative discussion and obtain tips you can apply immediately. Don't delay -- reserve your seat today!

The Feng Shui for Business workshop is an ideal way to learn how Feng Shui principles and practices can affect the success of a business. What you will gain will be multi-faced. First, you’ll learn how Feng Shui can help to energize and empower a location, the commercial building, and staff members in the building. In addition, since this workshop is being held on the site of the case study, you’ll be able to experience the enhanced energy and assess how your own business can benefit from Feng Shui.
Diana Garber, an internationally renowned Feng Shui Master, and her company, Intuitive Concepts, will take attendees through the process of how she evaluates a business as she walks them through the actual site itself. She’ll explain the methodology of how Feng Shui can play an integral part of the success, struggle, or even failure of a business. You will hear from Hina Environmental Solutions (HES) just how Ms. Garber’s suggestions increased sales, improved recruiting, forged relationships, and created a harmonious environment.
The case study will reveal how Hina Environmental Solutions (HES) purchased the building and had plans drawn up before they approached Diana to perform a commercial consultation on their yet-to-be remodeled place of business.
After analyzing the land, parking lot, building, and HES’ leadership team, Diana suggested the design change because she recognized the proposed redesign wouldn’t create the type of results the owners of the company wanted for their business.
Garber knew her suggestions would increase revenue and enhance HES’ success; therefore, she worked hand-in-hand with HES and Wesney Construction to create the best possible results. Her recommendations affected traffic flow, the parking lot, the exterior, the interior, and staff office assignments.
What was the result? Here’s a letter of recommendation HES wrote for Garber saying that in July 2015 they were $500,000 ahead of their yearly sales goal, and gross margins were the highest they’ve ever been! Then, after assessing year-end-results, HES said the trend continued. For 2016, they are greeting March with the same results! When they met with their advisory team, Brian and Susan Hina said, “we attribute our success to six factors – and Feng Shui is one of them.”
The March 17, 2016, event is free but registration is required. For complete details, visit this link.
This article by Peter Sierck offers tips on preventing mold. I mentioned mold being a problem in 2015 (link to the video) so if you have it in your home or office, be proactive.
