Changing the world one business,
one home, one person at a time
This is such a success story.
Client A's home sold for cash in very short order. There was a condition on the sale that they leave all the furniture because the buyers wanted the Feng Shui lock, stock and barrel. Another condition was the home be vacated within a month -- so they jumped into action looking for interim housing while we built their dream home.
A house they had their eye on to rent (which wasn't for rent but only occupied part of the year) is where we focused our attention (pictured below). We worked on Feng Shui and intention. The owners resisted renting, but eventually came around and agreed to lease the house. The renters, owners, and I met and discussed a Feng Shui plan which was implemented. Client A enjoyed living there a year while their new house came to fruition.
Meanwhile, the owners (now Client B) had me look at their three homes as to which to keep or sell. Within three days of listing the house below that we had Feng Shui'd, the house sold. We're now going to address where they spend most of their time.
Call us today so we can help you too!
May you be exceedingly, generously, and joyfully blessed, (c) ~Diana

Do you want a better life? Could you be healthier, happier, or more successful? During this presentation, you’ll learn how Feng Shui affects a house and you in it. Most people think it’s about decorating and furniture placement but it is WAY more. Albeit a remodel or new build, authentic Feng Shui assesses the biology of the land, structure, and occupants (human and animal). Did you know that Feng Shui works at a quantum (cellular) level and impacts health, happiness, wealth, success, and even safety?
Just the facts, mam! Distinguish myth from fact from one of the best in the U.S. -- Feng Shui Master Diana Garber. Feng Shui impacts where the house is positioned on the land, the driveway, the design of the house, windows, doors, lighting, appliances, flooring, paint colors, and virtually most aspects of the design/build process.

There are four generally-accepted approaches to determine sitting and facing directions:
■ The facing direction is determined by the facing direction of the building regardless of where an apartment or internal door faces (like into a hallway which makes the door face the building’s side wall). As an example, if the building faces East, everything in the building faces East.
■ The facing direction is determined by the main entrance of the building regardless of whether it faces a road or another building. As an example, the main entrance enters from the parking lot on the East side but the building itself looks South.
■ The facing direction of an apartment or room is where the door faces regardless of how the building is oriented. As an example, the apartment door faces North but the building faces East. In this approach, it’s believed that energy that enters from the stairs or elevator is brought into the apartment through the apartment door.
■ The facing direction of a building is determined by the side having the grandest view (most windows). In this approach, it’s believed the sunlight determines how energy enters.
Which is the correct? Well, let’s explore different types of buildings:
A traditional apartment building consists of five or fewer floors. Typically rental units are two or more to a floor and overlook a parking lot. In this case, the facing direction would likely be the facing direction of the building itself.
For multi-floor complexes such as high-rise buildings, determining the facing direction can be tricky. It’s likely that apartments and office suites have different facing directions than the building itself. To make this more complex, sometimes the building has a grand entrance or foyer with elevators facing a busy road that do not have the same facing direction as the building.
Feng Shui is about understanding your environment which starts with the geography. Buildings are man’s impact to Mother Earth, so they may or may not determine the facing direction. Start by observing your surroundings and the source of chi (or energy). Let me explain:
■ A building may have a parking lot at the entrance, but the drive comes off a side road. However the building has a busy road on another side. The busy road determines the source of yang (active) energy. This is its facing direction.
■ A house may be on a secluded street and face the road, but a busy golf course at its rear has most of the activity. The golf course is its facing direction.
■ A high-rise overlooks a busy street and the back of the building is on the ocean. Oceans are always in motion so it becomes the yang area and facing direction.
If it’s still unclear, you can usually determine the facing direction of an apartment building by walking around it. Locate the side with windows and the most exposed view. Which direction would you generally face when you are sitting inside the apartment? Normally the living room has the best view.
Determining the correct facing direction (and thus the sitting direction) is crucial to an accurate reading of the building, and understanding energy patterns inside it. Call us today with any questions at (866) 689-6891.
This Feng Shui Academy© workshop is for the public; and because it is hosted by Keller Williams Realty, it will provide insights for realtors as well as anyone buying, selling, building, or remodeling. We’ll discuss case studies where a house wasn’t selling, and what was done. In one example, the house sold in three days.
Most people think Feng Shui is about decorating, furniture placement, or a “love” area; but it is WAY more.
Hear from this residential client – we celebrated her son’s recovery from leukemia with a surprise chemo-free party!
Hear from this commercial client who experienced embezzlement and suicide before Feng Shui turned things around. Then there is this corporate client that was $500,000 ahead of their yearly sales goal in July, and said Feng Shui was definitely a contributing factor.

I visited this 3-bedroom house in February and by early March, the house is move-in ready (important Feng Shui remedies are complete). Truly, if I were closer to Marion, OH, I’d buy it myself.
It's nature is Wang Shan, Wang Shui – the most desirable of structures. That means good earth (health, relationships) and good water (support, prosperity). There are several He Tu number combinations, which are also desirable. One can help the intelligence of male children. Another helps those who want to start a new venture or career. The SE shows good money energy.
This house is darling. Even those familiar with the house (and who know nothing about Feng Shui) have visited, felt the change, and like what they see. There’s a new furnace, hardwood floors, cozy fireplace, second kitchen downstairs (making it a fantastic game room), and I love the arbor in back.
